More often seen behind the controls at a Stroud Global Beats event, DJ JagP started his public vinyl spinning career as a DJ on Warwick University Student Radio, W963 in 1982 and organised so called alt dances via an Offbeat Society.
The Global Beats mission is to expand the musical mind, fill out the lungs and get your body dancing to beats from earthlings across the world.
When not playing out at Global Beats, DJ JagP can be spotted at home delving into a vinyl collection of punk, pre punk, post punk, new punk as well as reggae, country, soul, funk, rock, house, jazz, electronica, blues, bollywood, lounge, ambient, dub, rap, latin, cumbia, afrobeat, pop, disco, ska ……...you get the picture. Its eclectic!
