Sound Records - Tom Berry

Our self-recorded-DJ-sessions returns, this time with Tom Berry - one half of Stroud based record shop Sound Records - with an uplifting tropical house mix to ease isolation...

Founded by Stroud DJ’s/promoters Tom Monobrow and Sean Roe, Sound Records is an independent record shop selling the best vinyl of all genres including rock, jazz, funk, experimental, house, soundtracks, breaks n beats, latin, African, hip hop, ambient, contemporary classical and lots more...As well as running in-store DJ sets and vinyl art exhibitions.

The duo also organise their own events having put on the likes of the Orb Soundsystem, Chocolate Hills and the to be rescheduled(!) Flamingods, regularly write for Good On Paper and can be found DJ'ing at various venues and festivals including Jazz Stroud and Hidden Notes.

Sound Records is currently closed due to COVID-19 but their still up and running via their Discogs page (click here) with a vast collection spanning over 4,000 records with more added daily...
